Dear Editor:

Kate Lowish, along with the entire Edgefield Community Development Association, would like to sincerely thank Chief Ronnie Carter and his associates and David Coleman and his staff for helping us make the Drive In Movie Night on the Edgefield Square showing of The Flintstones, sponsored by the ECDA and the Edgefield Quarry a wonderful success.  It was a fun and well attended event that also had the Edgefield Civic League as well as the Edgefield Boy Scouts selling delectable goodies, including hot dogs, popcorn, snow cones and cookies to raise money for their organizations.  We thank everyone who attended and those who contributed, all contributed to a fabulous night!
