Mae-Ann Webb, Miss Galaxy International 2013, made appearances in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland over the past week. She was invited to attend and judge the prestigious United Kingdom Galaxy Pageant which was held in the Park Hall Hotel in Manchester, England. In this pageant young women were chosen to represent Scotland, Wales and England in the Galaxy International Pageant which is scheduled to be held in the United States in August.
Miss Webb found the people of the United Kingdom to be warm and friendly. She enjoyed the charm of the countryside and the rich history of the cities.
In an appearance on March 3, in Manchester, Miss Webb was stunning in a gold sequined gown by Vienna. She wore a shimmering black gown with train and a beaded black cocktail dress in other evening appearances. Her regal handcrafted crown is the logo for the Galaxy International System.
As the reigning Miss Galaxy International 2013, Miss Webb seeks to encourage other young women to grow and advance their personal and career goals while acting as role models in their communities. Miss, Webb, a rising junior at USC, is a native of Ridge Spring. She returned to the United States the first week of March.
