According to reports filed by the Edgefield County Sheriff’s Office, 2 more auto break-ins and an auto theft occurred at the beginning of the month.
In the first reported break-in, on Dec. 6 at 610 Rainbow Falls Rd., one vehicle located on a lot sustained damage when its steering column was cracked open. Another vehicle on the same lot was found to have had its paint scratched. In the second incident, which occurred on Dec. 12 at an apartment on Murrah Rd. Ext., a CD player was cut from a vehicle.
Along with these auto break-ins, on Dec. 5, a 1994 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel truck was reported stolen from a residence on Stonewood Dr. The truck, described to be blue and grey in color, was last known to have been at the residence on Dec. 4.
