With a desire to provide input into the planning for the Merriwether Community, January 2012 saw the birth of the Merriwether Community Coalition. Since that time, the core group has been meeting, gathering and sharing information with the community. Community wide meetings have taken place and we are now moving forward. In an effort to provide a means of communication, we have developed and are now announcing the launch of the Merriwether Community Coalition website:

This is just the beginning and we welcome anyone interested in the Merriwether Community to participate in and be a part of this Coalition. This is our community; together we can make it the best, today and tomorrow.

Listed under the calendar of events are two scheduled meetings. A group meeting was held, Thursday, Aug 2, 6:30 p.m., Martintown Rd. Fire Station. The community wide meeting is scheduled for Aug 28. We will have additional information about the community wide meeting as we finalize plans.
