EDGEFIELD, S.C. – Graveside Services for Ret. CSM Norman Fontaine Reese, 90, who entered into rest November 27, 2014, will be conducted Monday afternoon at 3 o’clock in Pineview Memorial Gardens. Reverend Jacob Joseph, CMI celebrant.

Mr. Reese was a life-long resident of Morgana, Edgefield County, South Carolina and a parishioner of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. He retired as a Command Sergeant Major in the US Army with over 40 years of service. Mr. Reese was the owner of Reese Construction and also raised Herford Cows. He loved farming, gardening and his dogs. Mr. Reese was preceded in death by his wife Helen Reese and daughter, Deborah Diane Wilson.

Survivors include four sons, Norman Edwin (Pat) Reese, Clarks Hill, SC, Richard Allan (Cindy) Reese, Grovetown, GA, Norman Reese, Clarks Hill, SC and Jody (Michelle) Reese, Clarks Hill, SC; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening from 5 until 7.
