North Augusta, SC – Local 88.3 WAFJ radio station is headed to area small towns each Friday in June. The goal of each stop is to spend face to face time with local residents and listeners in each town.
The first stop will be Johnston, SC. 88.3 WAFJ will be at the Johnston Mural from 12 p.m.-2 p.m. Friday, June 3rd. The radio station will be highlighting the town LIVE for two hours with historical facts as well as interviewing key residents from Johnston. Staff from the 88.3 WAFJ will be there to engage and learn from residents what makes Johnston a great place to live. The morning team will be grilling hot dogs for the first 100 folks who stop out to visit. 88.3 WAFJ will have promotional items to giveaway as a thank you while supplies last.
The Tiny Tour will continue next week by heading to Hephzibah, GA.
