EDGEFIELD, S.C. – Mr. Ronald Lee Meriweather of W.A.Reel, entered into rest July 22, 2015 at the VAMC, DD., Augusta.

Mr Merriweather is survived by one daughter, Veronica Meriweather of Willow Grove, Penn. and one son Eugene (Amanda) Culley of York, Penn; his mother, Beatrice J. Meriweather of Edgefield; four sisters Evelyn Meriweather of Greensboro, N.C., Laverne Meriweather and Gloria Adams, both of Edgefield, Sharon Meriweather of Cherokee, N.C.; two brothers Samuel(Vernie) Meriweather of Edgefield and Rufus Meriweather of Raleigh, N.C.; two grandchildren, both of Pennsylvania; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 28, at G.L.Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel in Edgefield with the Rev. Jimmy Gilchrist officiating.

Friends called at the residence and the funeral home prior to the funeral.
