EDGEFIELD, S.C. – Mrs. Jozell Anderson Hooper, 83, of Brooks Street, entered into rest February 26, 2015. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM, Wednesday, March 4, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Oscar W. Brown officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Hooper, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Diane Hooper, Edgefield, SC and Bessie (Leo) Herrin, Johnston, SC; three sons, Joseph Hooper, Jr., Raiford Hooper, Edgefield, SC and Nathaniel Hooper, Aiken, SC; a sister, Hattie Burt, Johnston, SC; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
