The Edgefield County Mass Choir will be having their 2^nd annual Christmas program, Saturday December 20, 2014 at 5pm at Macedonia Baptist Church located at 315 Macedonia St, Edgefield, SC  29824.  The program is free to the public.  Special guests this year will be the Hopkins family.  The choir is still open for new members — members may come from any church throughout the community.  The choir practices Monday nights at Macedonia church at 7pm.

The choir was formed in 2013 by James Bibbs to whom God gave the vision of a mass choir with a diverse background of members from all over the community.  The choir is to uplift God’s name and bring the community together through one language  – God’s Love.  “ If you’ve heard this choir before, you know that you are in for a blessing,” said Deidra Johnson, choir spokesperson.  “If you haven’t heard this choir before, don’t miss out on your blessing. This is the season for sharing and we would like to share some great music to uplift our Lord and Saviour, whose birthday we celebrate.  I hope to see you there.”
