EDGEFIELD, S.C. – Mr. Steiner L. Waldo, of Crest Road, entered into rest May 12, 2014. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Macedonia Baptist Church, of which the Rev. Johnny Clark, pastor and the Rev. Carl Jackson, eulogist.

Mr. Waldo, a native of Edgefield County, was a 1966 graduate of W. E. Parker High School and a 1970 graduate of Voorhees College. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Waller Waldo, Edgefield, SC; a son, Sean C. Waldo (Latoya), Dallas, TX; a daughter, Candice S. Waldo, Columbia, SC; a step daughter, Tyeesha K. Toxey, Edgefield, SC; a brother, George A. Waldo, Jr., (Tyronne) Columbia, SC; two grandchildren, Tyler C. and Grayson C. Waldo; two step grandchildren, Jonelle Brown and Jasmine Pollard; a niece, Tenisha K. Waldo; a host of other relatives and friends.
