EDGEFIELD, S. C. –Mrs. Lou Ellen Osborne Waldo, 95, entered into rest September 4, 2013. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, September 9, 2013 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Thomas Jackson officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Gardens Memorial Park.

Mrs. Waldo, a native of Edgefield County was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She received her education at Bettis Academy Junior College. She taught in the Edgefield County School District.

Survivors include a brother, Robert (Janie Ruth) Osborne; sister-in-law, Hattie Ruth Waldo; goddaughter, Annie R. Williams all of Edgefield, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
